If you are looking for Diane, the first place you should check is her kitchen.  If she’s not there churning out goodies like New England chowder, then she’s either shuttling her three teens around to their activities, or out discovering new recipes to share with her fans in her next New England cookbook .  The regional recipes that Diane shares include ‘tried and true’ New England favorites such as lobster, scallops, pumpkin, apples, blueberries, and gingerbread, as well as epicurean delights including rabbit, ceviche, pavolva, tiramusa, fettuccine campagnola, chocolate, and mousse trifle.  Her Southern upbringing underscores the infusion of Dixie menu staples such as biscuits, gravy, and pecan pie.
